Our permanent Natafelen-chef Laurence van Bergeijk invites chef Marnix Benschop to prepare the diner for this special vegan edition. Marnix Benschop was born on Terschelling. He was an intern in the famous Noma restaurant in Copenhagen. Afterwards he worked as a sous-chef in several Michelin-star restaurants, including the renowned Ivy. He was responsible for the kitchens of The Suicide Club, Biergarten and recently Marnix took on the challenge of cooking all-vegan at our neighbours, the brand new restaurant Dumbo. On 1 November 2019 the cooks at Garage Rotterdam. Sommelier Joost Meenks selects matching wines.
